I know there's a mess on the bottom of Lake Powell, but due to the depth I won't be getting carcassed or amoebaed. I've been paranoid whenever I've skiied there (and it's been a lot) that because of the depth of the lake and the murkiness of the water and my height that I'll touch the bottom. That's something that I never want to do.Beau Sorensenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03670899760967950373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11032691.post-70274305721817686642007-10-02T12:22:00.000-06:002007-10-02T12:22:00.000-06:00Utah lake is only gross because it's so shallow. ...Utah lake is only gross because it's so shallow. I'm sure there are tons of animal carcasses in deeper lakes--you just don't run into them.Sparklebothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12152217788781707247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11032691.post-74648618005800805912007-10-02T10:30:00.000-06:002007-10-02T10:30:00.000-06:00I've been waterskiing in the great petri dish only...I've been waterskiing in the great petri dish only once, and I must say it wasn't a bad experience.

Though I also must say it doesn't surprise me in the least to hear Utah Lake could possibly cultivate a brain-eating amoeba. That would kill the amoeba, ha ha ha.mikeekshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02141495369365421346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11032691.post-22815480688267903582007-10-01T18:03:00.000-06:002007-10-01T18:03:00.000-06:00ewwwwww.
