For Sale: One Slightly Abandoned Car

We have someone working up in our other office who is down here far more often than they should be, but that doesn't stop them from coming down. About 3 weeks ago their car broke down and it has been sitting here, locked, not touched, and poorly parked in a handicap space since then. Let me know what we should do with it in the comments. Options include setting it on fire, breaking and entering and pushing it to the nether regions of the the parking lot, or nothing at all.

I think you should auction it off on E-Bay. Put something in there about how a ketchup stain on the passenger seat looks like the Virgin Mary and you should be good to go.

How come you haven't done the Friday meeting blog for a while? I need my fix.

Nice, Mickel. eBay or Craigslist works great. I heard about a Craigslist ad that everything at the home that wasn't nailed down was free for the taking. The only problem was that someone who hated the people who lived there posted it. That could work. Or you could just have it towed for being in the handicapped spot.

I'm also a fan of the Friday meeting thing. I feel like I'm watching a tamed-down version of the office.

I haven't done the Friday meeting blog for a bit because the meetings haven't been as bad. This is primarily a function of the changing makeup of those meetings due to Christmas, general not-give-a-crappery, and circuses. It's only been Forro, Posada, Cano, and I lately. I'm hoping for this blog and comedy's sake to have our crazy outfielders, A-Rod, Giambi, and Jeter back perhaps as soon as this Friday though.

Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

I'm going to cheat just a little bit because I happen to know the area in which this vehicle is parked. I think that the homeless guy could do with another car out in the field beyond the parking lot. I'm sure it would make quite a comfortable bed for him as it is much larger than most of his collection and is in much nicer condition. I'm sure that he didn't get anything for Christmas, so we could put a bow on it and call it a late Christmas gift.
